The best part about my stay at this hotel was the convenient location right next to the metro station. It made getting around the city so much easier. the room was spacious and the beds were super comfortable, providing a good night's rest after a long day of exploring. the friendly staff made sure to extend my checkout time without any hassle, allowing me to relax a bit longer before my departure.

While my overall experience was positive, there were a few areas that could use some improvement. the cleanliness of the room could have been better, as I noticed some dust and stains in certain areas.

This was a really really nice stay during holidays. The staff was consistently courteous and check in was very early. Stayed in nicely furnished prestige suite with great views and microwave.

The hotel is modern and the staff at the reception desk is very courteous. the location is particularly good, with close proximity to the metro station, making it easy to travel around Dubai. the tram stop and convenience store nearby are also convenient.

Location

1- Used towel at the toilet during check in time. 2- Elevator is not optimized they have 10 elevator but you need 10 Min. to go from 32 floor to Lobby ( Staff using the same guest elevator) 3- Guest relation department is useless, You open a complain but there is no action. 4- Bad smell in the towels (Bacteria) in one day during my stay. 5- Water Leakage at the kitchen. 6- Too much wait time to take a taxi from the hotel (They don’t have an agreement with Dubai Taxi Company) they stop any taxi pay pass the street. 7- Housekeeping service is very poor.

Staff were more than helpful. the breakfast was exceptionally nice with many options. - the services were perfect, offering fast free Wi-Fi. - the location was central, close to the Dubai Internet City Metro station, supermarket, and many of Dubai's attractions. - Our whole experience was fine, can't recommend highly enough.

Everything about this low budget hotel was perfect. The room was nicely furnished with a good view when I arrived. The location was unbeatable and comfy for getting around, as a metro station was close to the venue. The bar area was comfortable, I loved it.

Management were unprofessional they kept arguing with me as if it was his word against our word and stuff was not helpful as it took them 5 hours to bring the extra bed to our apartment Toilets were stinky even after I told the stuff they just came spray the toilet with no cleaning. No space in room.. If you really prefer the clean rooms I really don’t recommend this hotel you..

Ideal location! It's super easy to get around with the Dubai Internet City Metro station close by. Plus, you're a stone's throw away from the bustling Dubai Marina area and Downtown. 🌟

I liked that it was centrally located near the metro, the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast had a great variety to choose from.

The rooms here are super clean and modern, complete with a kitchen and great views. 😊 They serve an amazing breakfast in the restaurant.

Staff was not sevice orientated. Need to learn how to treat the client. Nickle and dime. Did not follow up on requests for service.
